“For bridal celebrations earlier in the day, I recommend serving guests mimosas, an elevated brunch menu and even offering a yoga session on the terrace in lieu of dancing. Couples celebrating in the evening can enjoy cocktails by the fire pit and individual s’mores roasting kits,” Swidrak said.
