American Heart Association’s Heart Ball Chaired by Mercy Executive Donn Sorensen

The St. Louis Heart Ball is the American Heart Association’s premier black-tie corporate fundraising event, which strives to help build a foundation of heart health in the community. This year’s event, held at Union Station, was chaired by Mercy executive Donn Sorensen. It had plenty of memorable moments, including a cocktail hour in the Grand Hall, an elegant dinner and live auction that raised significant dollars for the organization, and private tours of the new St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station to cap off the evening. Nearly $1 million was raised. Photos below by Bryan Schraier. Click here to view more photo galleries.
