Bottoms up for this bottle-signing event at Schnucks that’ll delight “Yellowstone” fans!
Star Forrie J. Smith will be on hand at the Schnucks in Des Peres to greet fans and sign bottles of his Oak & Eden Finished Whiskey – a barrel-proof bourbon finished with a coffee-infused American oak spire.
Smith, a seasoned cowboy and Hollywood stuntman who stars as Lloyd Pierce in the popular Paramount series, “Yellowstone,” has created his own coffee-infused bourbon.
Oak & Eden Whiskey is aged for at least three years in American Oak barrels, with fully aged whiskey bottled with a 5-inch spiral cut piece of wood. The in-bottle finishing process, which bypasses the traditional double-barrel process, is said to produce more flavor naturally in the bottle with the same species of oak as barrel oak.
Smith will appear from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, at Schnucks on Manchester Road in Des Peres.
During the event, Schnucks will offer the bottles of Oak & Eden for $61, with every $5 from each purchase benefitting Shriners Hospital for Children.
