Can’t decide what kind of “beer mood” you’re in? Schlafly Beer’s new sampler pack is calling your name!
Schlafly’s new Lager Fusion Pack comes with three exclusive fruited lagers, as well as the seasonal White Lager. The new offering hopes to “bridge the summer and winter sampler gap” with a 12-pack combination of Cranberry Lager, Lime Lager, Tangerine Lager and White Lager.
The unfiltered White Lager is the brewer’s take on a German zwickelbier, fresh with a slight tartness and sweetness. The Cranberry Lager is brewed with real fruit, giving it a slight red tint and a crisp, tart finish. The Lime Lager has a subtle tartness from the lime that adds an extra layer of refreshment to the beer. The Tangerine Lager is smooth, clean and straightforward – touted as “the closest thing to a beermosa without the O.J.”
The Lager Fusion Pack, which retails for $17.99, can be found in area stores, as well as Schlafly’s four brewpubs: Schlafly Tap Room, Schlafly Bottleworks, Schlafly Bankside and Schlafly Highland Square.
