Fair Saint Louis is now in its 39th year, and organizers are promising “an unforgettable birthday party.”

“Fair Saint Louis has been a celebration for St. Louis produced by St. Louisans, and we are so excited to return to Gateway Arch National Park for three days of chart-topping entertainment, family-friendly activities, the world-renowned Boeing Air Show, and, of course, the Edward Jones Fireworks over the Mississippi River,” said David Estes, general chairman of Fair Saint Louis 2019.

Organizers recently announced the entertainment lineup for July 4, 5 and 6, which includes country star Brett Young, R&B singer Keith Sweat and rock band The Flaming Lips. Other performers appearing on the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Stage are: singer-songwriter Randy Houser, R&B crooner Johnny Gill (from the super-group New Edition), and alternative rock band Vertical Horizon.

In addition, this year’s Boeing Air Show will feature five spectacular aerial performances on Thursday, July 4 (12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.), Friday, July 5 (5 p.m.) and Saturday, July 6 (12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.). Highlights include demonstration flights by the extraordinary tiltrotor Boeing V-22 Osprey, the fearsome Northrop Grumman A-10 Thunderbolt II, the mighty Lockheed C-130 Hercules and the classic McDonnell Douglas T-45, as well as aerial performances by the Aeroshell Aerobatic Team, the United States Army Golden Knights and many more.

“Nothing says patriotism more than watching the skillful performances of the Boeing Air Show from under the tallest monument in America: the Gateway Arch,” Estes noted. “We are proud to work alongside the National Park Service in ensuring our air shows create lasting memories for our fairgoers. We are very excited for this talented lineup of aerial performances to take to the skies at the best venue in the country.”

Admission to the popular, family-friendly Fair Saint Louis is free; and includes other events and attractions such as Salute to the Troops, Purina Festival Zone and the Interactive Zone.  Fireworks will cap off each night.
