How do we love St. Louis? Next month’s 314 Day will let you count the ways!
A slate of festivities and other events, as well as special deals throughout the St. Louis region, are in store for 314 Day in celebration of all things St. Louis.
Events kick off on Friday, March 10, and culminate on Tuesday, March 14 – 314 Day – with a lineup that highlights local artists, vendors, neighborhoods, businesses and organizations that are proudly #STLMade.
Planned festivities include kick-off events at local coffee makers Kaldi’s, Northwest Coffee, Exit 11 and Goshen; 314 Day Expo at Armory STL; a self-guided 3.14-mile walk or bike ride on the area’s greenways; a neighborhood crawl; and the finale, a 314 Day concert at Ballpark Village on March 14 featuring Murphy Lee and more.
In honor of 314 Day 2023, local illustrator Dan Zettwoch was commissioned to create original artwork that will appear on T-shirts, bags and other promotional material for this year’s celebration.
314 Day was created in 2006 by Terrell “Young Dip” Evans and Tatum Polk with the vision of bringing St. Louis together to celebrate the positive things happening in the city. Since then, it has grown into an official region-wide holiday every year.
St. Louisans are invited to join the fun and celebrate in their own way, with a list of events and special deals from local businesses on the full 314 Day event calendar. Those participating are also encouraged to share their experiences and love for St. Louis on social media using the hashtags #314Day #STLMade and #LoveLocalSTL.
