Flower Child Blooms in Frontenac

The first Missouri location of fast-casual restaurant Flower Child opens in Frontenac today. Flower Child’s menu focuses on fresh and healthy offerings with starters, soups and salads, wraps, bowls and entrées featuring vegetables, grains, fruits and proteins made from scratch daily. The menu is designed for various lifestyles and diets, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and carnivore.

Menu highlights include starters such as Green Chile Queso and Avocado Hummus; Chicken Enchiladas bowl and Black Bean Falafel wrap; and build-your-own plates featuring chicken, tofu, salmon and other proteins, plus sides like Red Chile Glazed Sweet Potato and gluten-free Mac & Cheese. Drink offerings include seasonal lemonade and sangria, rotating kombucha, teas, wine and beer.

Flower Child is part of Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts founded by restaurateur Sam Fox, an 11-time James Beard Award nominee.

Flower Child, adjacent to Plaza Frontenac, is located at 10336 Clayton Road. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
