Best Dressed at 2020 Grammy Awards

At the 62nd Grammy Awards on Sunday, Jan. 26, held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the faces of today’s music scene pulled out all the stops on the red carpet.

In a time of creation of new music genres, and artists taking gender-bending risks, fashion is beginning to get the memo.

Actress Priyanka Chopra paid tribute to NBA superstar Kobe Bryant, who was killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday, with a “24” painted on one of her nails, which was his iconic jersey number.

Others took the opportunity to make political statements. Actress and activist Megan Pormer wore a shimmery dress reading “No War Iran,” and a cape made of both the American and Iranian flags, while Ricky Rebel’s bare bottom was emblazoned with “Impeach This.”
