St. Louis’ own Hi-Pointe Drive-In is launching “A Little Hi,” a mini-version of the burger joint in Ballwin.
A Little Hi will open on Sunday, Oct. 23, at 15069 Manchester Road with a smaller footprint, both in menu offerings and size, than the standard Hi-Pointe restaurants found across the St. Louis area.
The new spin-off restaurant, housed in a 2,000-square-foot space along Historic Route 66, will exclusively offer the Hi-Pointe’s signature burgers, fries and shakes seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
For its grand opening on Sunday, A Little Hi will donate 50% of sales to local nonprofit The Little Bit Foundation, which works to break down barriers for students living poverty.
The spin-off concept, with a condensed menu and drive-up window, will be the first of its kind for the fast-casual restaurant group, owned and operated by the team behind Sugarfire Smoke House and Chicken Out.
