With Easter just days away, it’s time to confirm your plans for a sumptuous brunch or that long-awaited family get-together – if you haven’t already. Here are some options:

CINDER HOUSE AT THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL ST. LOUIS

For a lavish spread, Cinder House at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis will have seafood and carving stations, made-to-order omelets prepared by a chef, and a waffle bar with the works. The menu includes everything from Smoked Salmon and bagels, Shrimp Cocktail and Scallop Ceviche, to Leg of Lamb and Smoked Brisket at the carving station, to quiche, charcuterie, house-made bread and desserts. Plus, a mixologist will be on hand at the Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar, which is available for an additional charge.

CASA DON ALFONSO AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, ST. LOUIS

A decadent spread is planned at Casa Don Alfonso at The Ritz, combining classic brunch dishes with regional Italian spring recipes.

On the menu, you’ll find Spring Pea Soup with Crispy Pancetta, Roasted Leg of Lamb with Rosemary Lamb Jus, and Housemade Gnocchetti with Lobster, as well as Truffle Eggs Benedict. A spring dessert display will include Mango Easter Egg Profiterole, Chocolate Strawberry Pot de Creme, Lemon Meringue Tart and more. Guests may also upgrade their meal with endless Bellinis or Bloody Marys or enjoy whimsical coffee and cocktail creations from the bar.

COMMONWEALTH AT THE ANGAD ARTS HOTEL

In Midtown, the Angad Arts Hotel will have a three-course Easter Brunch at Commonwealth restaurant from new executive chef Karl Schloz.

First-course selections include Marinated Fruit Salad (marinated in prosecco, citrus zest and juices) with a vegan crumble; Goat Cheese and Beet Quiche; or a small plate of Scrambled Eggs and Bacon. Options for the second course are Eggs Benedict with Crab; Brioche French Toast with berries and whipped sour cream; Prime Rib with potato gratin and asparagus; or vegan Tomato Orb. For dessert, there’s Finish with Beignets, Chocolate Pot de Crème or Strawberry Shortcake. Bloody Marys and Endless Mimosas will also be available for purchase.

THE PRESTON AT THE CHASE PARK PLAZA

The Preston at The Chase Park Plaza will be serving up Easter brunch with a unique appetizer buffet and small bites, assorted salads, a la carte entrées, desserts, and bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys.

Highlights include a chilled seafood display with shrimp, crab claws and fresh oysters; Eggs Sardou, prime rib, duck confit and Sole Meunière; plus traditional breakfast favorites like omelets and waffles a la carte and macarons, cheesecake carrot cupcakes and more.
