If you have tuned in to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” lately, then you know that Garcelle Beauvais is “bringing it” with candid and – at times – controversial conversations with her castmates.
It is no wonder that executives at Daytime Emmy-nominated “The Real” talk show noticed, and scooped her up to join co-hosts Adrienne Houghton, Loni Love and Jeannie Mai. The seventh season of “The Real” will begin Monday, Sept. 21, and we can’t wait to see how the ladies interact with new energy on the set.
“I am thrilled to be joining the dynamic, bold and diverse women on the award-winning talk show ‘The Real’,” Beauvais said. “My love for pop culture and news, blended with my natural gift of gab, has always made me gravitate toward a talk show environment. It’s also exciting that it’s happening right after my amazing time joining ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.’”
Beauvais takes the spot vacated by Tia Mowry-Housley who left to pursue other interests. Born in Haiti, Beauvais moved to the U.S. when she was 7, and launched her modeling career at the age of 17. She is widely known known for “The Jamie Foxx Show” and “NYPD Blue,” and she has also appeared in various movies and television shows. Beauvais recently launched her own podcast, “Going to Bed with Garcelle.”
