St. Louis-based Lion’s Choice has rolled out a sweet-and-spicy duo as new additions to its menu.
The Cluckin’ Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich and the Triple Chocolate Chunk Custard Sandwich were launched today at the chain’s 30 locations.
The Cluckin’ Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich is a spicy variation on the popular Cluckin’ Chicken Tender Sandwich, which Lion’s Choice introduced last year. The Cluckin’ Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich has two crispy chicken tenders topped with classic ranch, Frank’s Redhot sauce and pickles on a brioche bun. The sandwich is $6.19 each, or can be part of a meal with fries and a drink for $9.99.
The new Triple Chocolate Chunk Custard Sandwich features Lion’s Choice’s frozen custard sandwiched between two triple chocolate chunk cookies. One sandwich is $2.49; two sandwiches are for $3.99.
Lion’s Choice, best known for its roast beef sandwiches, was founded in St. Louis in 1967. Since then, the brand has grown to include locations throughout the St. Louis metro area, as well as in Western Illinois and in Kansas City.
