Everyone’s obsession with feathers began centuries ago. Queen of France Marie Antoinette turned heads in the court of Versailles by wearing ostrich feathers in her up-do. Native American tribes handcrafted stunning headdresses out of vibrant bird feathers and deer leather. Decades later, designers such as Yves Saint Laurent showcased feathers in their clothing lines to express freedom and individuality.
