They co-owned this West Hollywood mansion since 2014, but with Brown planning the start of a 12-performance Spice Girls reunion tour this summer, she has recently put the home on the market, priced at $5.9 million.
Located in the Bird Streets neighborhood, legendary for its spectacular views and slew of celebrity residents, the four-story, 5,226-square-foot mansion was built in 1928, and has recently undergone a cutting-edge renovation. The sleek contemporary style includes ceilings up to 20-foot high and massive glass walls that capture the views of downtown Los Angeles. Encompassing a total of four bedrooms and six baths, the entire fourth floor is devoted to the master suite, with two of almost everything, including televisions, bathrooms, dressing rooms and private terraces. The lush suite also has both a refrigerator and microwave.
The main living space contains formal living and dining areas, a chef’s kitchen, recording studio, fully-equipped gym, game room and family room. Rooms are sized for grand entertaining that can continue out to the pool/spa terrace with its outdoor kitchen, television, fire pit and lots of room for guests.
