A new brunch spot in Chesterfield is the latest offering from a familiar name among St. Louis restaurateurs.
Billy G’s Finer Diner officially opens its doors Tuesday, June 27, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m.
Located off of Clarkson and Baxter roads in the Chesterfield Valley, the new diner is a spin-off of Billy G’s in downtown Kirkwood. Owned by Gianino Family Restaurants, a family-owned and -operated company for more than 50 years, Billy G’s Finer Diner will offer all-day breakfast and lunch menu items in an inviting, retro-themed space.
The menu features an extensive selection of Breakfast Plates, including Steak & Eggs, Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich, Sunrise Burrito, Brisket Benedict and Huevos Tostadas Slinger; an assortment of pancakes, waffles and French toast; and Omelets such as Loaded Fajita, Butcher Block and Farmers Market.
Lunch items include a selection of salads, sandwiches, pizza and Smash Burgers like Bacon Cheeseburger, Smokehouse and Cajun Impossible.
Drink selections are also substantial and include coffee beverages, shakes, sundaes and floats, as well as cocktails and juices from a full-service bar.
The diner will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and will be closed on Mondays. There are plans to expand its hours to include dinner service and operate seven days a week.
Billy G’s Finer Diner joins other establishments under the Gianino Family Restaurants brand, including Billy G’s in Kirkwood, Frankie G’s Grill & Bar in Oakville and Joey B’s on The Hill. The company was founded in 1971 by the late Bill Gianino, whose sons Tony and Billy now oversee its group of restaurants.
