The newest Sugarfire Smoke House opens Monday in Arnold.
The award-winning St. Louis-based barbecue restaurant chain is officially opening its doors at 2204 Michigan Ave. in Arnold on Monday, Jan. 9. The Arnold location, the latest of 14 Sugarfire restaurants across the country, will operate from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.
The new restaurant in the Water Tower Place and Shoppes Center will have 5,300 square feet of space, including the main dining room, a 100-seat banquet room and an outdoor patio to open in the spring.
The menu will feature Sugarfire’s classic barbecue main plates with brisket, baby back ribs, turkey, salmon and pulled pork, along with chef-inspired side options that change daily. The Double-Pattied Burger (grass-fed beef blended daily from their proprietary mix of chuck, brisket and boneless short rib, hand-patted and griddle seared) will also be available along with fan-favorite specialty sandwiches such as The Big Muddy (brisket, smoked sausage, horseradish sauce, BBQ sauce, lettuce and pickles) and Brisket Cheesesteak (Philly-inspired sandwich served with brisket, onions, peppers and cheese on a hoagie roll). House-made pies from co-owner and pastry chef Carolyn Downs will be also available.
