One more month to go until Cherokee Street in St. Louis throws its biggest party of the year!
The neighborhood’s Cinco de Mayo Festival takes place Saturday, May 6, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The all-day party draws up to 40,000 people to celebrate Mexican culture with food, live music, family-friendly activities and more.
This year’s festival will feature tried-and-true favorites, such as mouthwatering street food, margaritas served in pineapples, the popular People’s Joy Parade, lucha libre wrestling, live music and dancing in the streets.
More than 100 vendors are expected to participate, as well as a number of local acts and artists. For a complete schedule of events and additional information, visit the Cinco de Mayo Festival website.
