A new “Pairing is Sharing” dining experience has been unveiled at City Winery St. Louis, located at City Foundry STL.
The new menu uses locally sourced ingredients and pairs City Winery wines with a variety of small plates. Offerings include Fun-guy Flatbread (pair with Pinot Noir) with foraged mushrooms, fresh ricotta and pesto; Charred Octopus (pair with City Bubbles and Pinot Noir) with romesco, frisée and crispy garlic; and CW Wagyu Sliders (pair with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah) with cabernet-onion jam, triple cream brie arugula and Champagne vinaigrette, as well as a rotating selection of charcuterie and oysters.
City Winery’s wines are served on tap, fresh from stainless-steel kegs from the on-site winery.
