At long last, music legend Sir Elton John resumed his highly anticipated Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour, which came to a halt due to the pandemic.

The tour’s 40-plus North American dates include a stop in St. Louis on March 30 at the Enterprise Center. The St. Louis concert was previously scheduled for July 2020.

Last night marked John’s long-awaited return to the stage, playing to a sold-out crowd in New Orleans. John opened the concert at Smoothie King Center with his iconic hit, “Bennie and the Jets,” followed by back-to-back classics like “Tiny Dancer,” “Rocket Man,” “I’m Still Standing,” “Crocodile Rock” and more.

In addition to touring across the country this spring, John, one of the top-selling solo artists of all time, will embark on a European tour before returning to the States to finish his remaining arena dates. The North American stadium tour will conclude with back-to-back concerts at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Nov. 19 and 20, 2022, in commemoration of his legendary performance at the historic venue in October 1975.
