Created by City Winery’s executive chef Jack Swyers, the evening’s offerings include a variety of cuts and meat from beef and pork to buffalo and wild-game charcuterie. Each of the four courses, five if you include the appetizer charcuterie offerings, will be paired with proprietary wines selected by City Winery’s own winemaker, Caroline Schrader.
