Holiday-themed pop-ups are all the rage – and why wouldn’t they be? They’re fun, festive and perfect for anyone looking to get into the spirit of the season!
THREE SIXTY
Three Sixty’s “Up on the Rooftop” pop-up combines jaw-dropping views of the downtown skyline with uber-festive holiday décor and a new specialty cocktail lineup that includes:
- Pa Rum Pum Pum Punch: Hamilton White Rum, Hamilton Zombie Rum, papaya, pineapple and Liber & Co. Grenadine
- Willet Snow? Willett Potstill Bourbon, AGWA de Bolivia Coca Leaf Liquor, Ransom Sweet Vermouth, lime
- Santa Slamma: Northshore Vodka, raspberry, passionfruit, Cartron Elderflower, lavender bitters, Swan Tonic
- Silent Night: Union Horse Bourbon, cold brew, orgeat, Amaro Dente de Leon, Cream & Benedictine Whip

Perched 400 feet atop the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, guests can celebrate inside 360 or outside on the wraparound patios with fire pits. Open Sundays through Thursdays from 4 p.m. until midnight, and Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The restaurant’s full menu is available until 10 p.m. daily. The pop-up is open through Dec. 30.
FOUR SEASONS HOTEL ST. LOUIS
The Four Seasons has launched its first-ever Holiday Pop-Up Shop, featuring a thoughtful selection of one-of-a-kind handcrafted and luxurious gifts. Offerings include:
- Chocolate Ornaments: Packaged two to a box, each chocolate ornament is exquisitely decorated
- Gingerbread Tree Centrepiece: This entirely edible tree is handmade of gingerbread with a dusting of powder sugar “snow”
- Limited Edition Chocolate Tree Centrepiece: A tree-shaped tower of chocolate orbs glazed in gold and white, and adorned with white chocolate snowflakes
- Cinder House Spice Rub Gift Set: From the award-winning Cinder House kitchen, this gift set is perfect for the home chef. It features three homemade spice blends created by chef de cuisine Peter Slay, a wooden cutting board in the shape of Missouri, and a chef’s apron in traditional blue ticking stripe
- Items from Four Seasons Spa: Plush bathrobes, soft Kashwere blankets, locally sources candles, jewelry and more
Located on the hotel’s eighth floor, the shop will be open Saturdays and Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Nov. 26 through Dec. 25.
ST. LOUIS UNION STATION
This holiday season, the Train Shed restaurant at St. Louis Union Station is transformed into the Sleigh Shed, a glittering destination with creative cocktails and an updated dining menu. Not-to-miss celebratory cocktails include:
- Rudolph’s Reserve: Zafra Masters Reserve 21-year Rum, blood orange cordial, lime, Cocktail Punk Smoked Orange Bitters
- Sleigh All Day: Bruzco Mezcal, Cava de Oro Blanco Tequila, Suau Orange Brandy, pineapple gum syrup, lime juice, Cocktail Punk Peach Bitters
- Resting Grinch Face: Light rum, toasted coconut syrup, Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial, lime juice
- Un-Fig-Gettable: Vanilla vodka, Cherry Heering, creme de cacao, half & half, caramelized fig syrup, nutmeg
- Santa’s Red-Eye Fix: Vodka, espresso, Giffard Vanilla Liqueur, simple syrup, heavy cream
- HoCoCoa: Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa, Dorda Double Chocolate Liqueur, Peppermint Bark Cream Liqueur
The Sleigh Shed, in addition to the restaurant’s full lunch and dinner menu, is open through New Year’s Eve, Sundays through Thursdays, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
DASHER’S DIVE BAR
Touted as St. Louis’ most interactive Christmas pop-up, the scene at POWERPlex features themed cocktails, snacks, holiday classics playing on the state-of-the-art sound system and festive wall-to-wall décor.
Each ticket ($19.95) gets you a welcome cocktail, served appetizers, a picture with Santa and live entertainment, including Christmas game shows, karaoke and comedy.
