Fu-Gee-La! St. Louis has been added to Lauryn Hill’s “Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour, featuring the Fugees. The highly successful tour has sold out in major cities and overwhelming demand has prompted organizers to add additional stops, including Enterprise Center in St. Louis on Nov. 25.
At the recent Global Citizen Festival, Hill, the five-time Grammy Award winner, surprised fans by bringing out the Fugees for part of her performance. The Fugees will be co-headlining the tour, signifying the impact made by both the album and the group, comprised by Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel.
“The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill,” released in 1998, became the first-ever hip-hop album to receive the Album of the Year Grammy award, with Hill nominated for 10 awards and winning five in the same year.
Tickets for the Enterprise Center concert go on sale Friday, Oct. 6, at 10 a.m.
