Hi-Pointe Drive-In will open its first St. Charles County location on Monday.
The 3,000-square-foot restaurant, located in the Cottleville Landing Shopping Center on Mid Rivers Mall Drive, will officially open at 11 a.m. on Monday.
The new restaurant will have the same menu as other Hi-Pointe locations, with signature items such as the all-natural, all-Angus Smash Burger and the Frisco Melt, and house-made milkshakes like the Jungle Love Ore-Oreo. Guests can also expect a rotating menu of creative burger specials like Sweet Dreams are Made of Cheese and The Fat and The Furious, a double-decker cheeseburger topped with a wagyu hotdog, fried mac and cheese and special sauce.
For its grand opening, Hi-Pointe Cottleville will donate 50% of sales to Cottleville Firefighter’s Outreach, a nonprofit that promotes wellness and safety in the community.
Hi-Pointe Cottleville is the sixth location for the local chain, owned by Charlie Downs, Mike Johnson and Ben Hillman, the same ownership team behind Sugarfire Smokehouse and Chicken Out.
The new restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
