It was a lovely evening for the Humane Society of Missouri’s Glow in the Park, an annual event held during the Balloon Glow in Forest Park.
The sold-out event offered guests a front-row seat to see the balloons up close, when they are displayed throughout Central Field the night before The Great Forest Park Balloon Race.
Guests enjoyed cocktails, a buffet dinner and fireworks alongside the illuminated balloons. Proceeds from the event benefit the Humane Society’s Animal Cruelty Fund, which supports programs to investigate and prevent animal abuse, as well as provides treatment and care for the animals.
