Taco Tuesdays and Tiki Thursdays Kick Off Summer at Cinder Bar

Beginning next month, you can enjoy Taco Tuesdays and get your tiki on every Thursday at one of the best rooftop venues in town.

Cinder Bar atop the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is introducing a new menu and a full lineup of events and offers for Taco Tuesdays and Tiki Thursdays.

Taco Tuesdays start May 1 and will feature handcrafted tacos, as well as a special selection of margarita cocktails for the perfect pairing. Taco offerings include Smoked Pork Carnitas, Mahi Mahi and Falafel. Drink options include classic margaritas, as well as watermelon, berry, peach and mango variations. Taco Tuesday will be offered through the entire season, ending in October (weather-permitting).

From Memorial Day to Labor Day (May 29 to Sept. 4), Cinder Bar will take on a Polynesian theme with live music and crafted cocktails for Tiki Thursdays. Special cocktail offerings include the Zombie, Painkiller, Mai Tai, Pearl Diver and Banana Daquiri, with each drink presented in tiki-inspired glassware. Food will also be available from the Bar Bites menu.

Cinder Bar is also debuting a seasonal craft cocktail menu featuring summery flavors in drinks such as Lychee Basil Gimlet, Peruvian Punch and the French Bramble, which uses blackberry- and raspberry-infused botanical gin. There are also wines by the glass and a handpicked selection of local craft beers.

The bar’s food menu, created by the award-winning team of Cinder House restaurant, includes South American-influenced items such as Jalea (crispy shrimp and squid), Brazilian Cheese Pastels and Smoked Pork Carnitas Tacos, as well the Chef’s Selection Charcuterie Board and Onion Dip with Scallion, Chive Oil and Potato Chips.
