Andy Cohen is St. Louis Walk of Fame’s Newest Star

The St. Louis Walk of Fame has a new star: Late-night TV host Andy Cohen will be inducted next week during a public ceremony in the Delmar Loop.

The St. Louis native is best known as the host and executive producer of Bravo network’s “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.” He also is executive producer of the network’s “The Real Housewives” franchise.

Cohen will attend the induction ceremony, which takes place Friday, May 5, on the Delmar Loop sidewalk in front of the Moonrise Hotel. Festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. with live music from a ragtime band, followed by the ceremony at 5 p.m. Cohen is scheduled to speak after receiving his star.

The St. Louis Walk of Fame, located along six blocks of Delmar Boulevard, honors notable St. Louisans who have impacted American culture. There are more than 150 inductees, including Chuck Berry, Tina Turner, Maya Angelou, John Goodman, Nelly, Lou Brock and other luminaries from literature, the arts, science, sports and more.
