St. Louis-based Mission Taco Joint will open its ninth location in Town and Country later this year.

Known for its West Coast-style Mexican cuisine, Mission Taco is marking its 10th anniversary this month. Its planned 7,500-square-foot restaurant and bar in the Clayton Village Shopping Center on Woods Mill Road will seat 160 people and will also have a private event space for up to 72 people.

The menu will be similar to the company’s other locations, with signature taco offerings such as Mango Hop-Anero Shrimp, Yucatecan Pork and Spicy Chorizo Taco, as well as The Brah’rito burrito, Street Corn, Carne Asada Fries and its popular Margarita.

Mission Taco Joint Town and Country is slated to open in late 2023 and joins other locations, including Delmar Loop, Soulard, Central West End, Kirkwood and the Streets of Charles.
