Gerard Craft’s underground cocktail lounge, None of the Above, is coming soon to City Foundry STL in Midtown.
The upscale speakeasy is the acclaimed chef’s fourth concept at City Foundry and the 12th overall for him and his Niche Food Group hospitality brand.
City Foundry’s 15-acre site, which became home to the Century Electric Company almost 100 years ago, features underground tunnels used for electrical services and passageways by foundry workers back in the day. None of the Above will be located within the tunnels but will be “hidden in plain sight,” with a “secret” entrance off Foundry Way.
Nichel Food Group bar manager Fionna Gemzon will offer an elevated beverage program with “an emphasis on luxury spirits and technique-driven cocktails made with first-to-market culinary equipment.”
Industrial design reflecting The Foundry’s aesthetic, as well as curated artwork and more, will be featured throughout None of the Above’s space.
None of the Above joins Fordo’s Killer Pizza, Kitchen Bar and the upcoming Expat BBQ as the fourth concept under the Niche Food Group umbrella at City Foundry STL.
None of the Above is tentatively set to open in late 2023.
