A Weeklong of Festivities Culminates in 314 Day

Show your love for the STL! Monday, March 14, is officially 314 Day in St. Louis, the culmination of a weeklong of festivities highlighting everything local, from artisans, musicians, small businesses and neighborhoods.

A string of ongoing events continues this weekend through March 14, such as the St. Patrick’s Day Parade downtown (March 12), the 314 Day City Wide Market Crawl through six different neighborhoods (March 13), and the Free One Four Live Music Showcase at The Big Top (March 13).

On 314 Day on March 14, deals abound from local bars and restaurants, entertainment venues and more.

A sampling of local food deals includes: special pricing at Schnucks on St. Louis-themed cookie cakes and gooey butter cake slices, 314-inspired cakes at Sweet Em’s, $3.14 Moscow Mules at 1220 Artisan Spirits and Mission Taco Joint’s toasted ravioli taco.

St. Louis DJ Terrell “Young Dip” Evans and local business owner Tatum Polk created 314 Day to highlight the positive things happening in the city. It has since grown into a regionwide “holiday” celebrated by all cultures and communities, and big and small businesses and organizations.
