This year marks the 40th anniversary of YWCA Metro St. Louis’ Leader Lunch, an annual event that honors outstanding women in the community.
The 2020 Leaders of Distinction honorees will be recognized on Thursday, Dec. 3, during a virtual ceremony. They will also be inducted in the YWCA Academy of Leaders, which is comprised of previous award recipients in the fields of business, government, education, science and the arts.
While the honorees exemplify some of the St. Louis area’s most accomplished women, the YWCA acknowledges that women have yet to achieve equal representation in leadership roles in the community. The overarching message of the YWCA Leader Lunch is one of talent, persistence, work ethic and sisterhood.

- Jane Arnold, Office Managing Partner & Practice Group Chair at Polsinelli PC
