The Saint Louis Zoo recently held its biennial creative black-tie fundraiser, Zoofari, with a feast of sweet and savory dishes, cocktails and live music under the stars, as well as fun-filled grown-up rides on the carousel and Zooline railroad for attendees.
Food stations throughout the zoo grounds provided guests with unlimited food and drink options prepared by the zoo’s executive chef and culinary team. A slate of local bands and artists such as the Fabulous Motown Revue, Miss Jubilee, The Usual Suspects and DJ Micro entertained partygoers all night long. Angie Schaefer and Joe Ambrose served as event co-chairs. Proceeds from Zoofari benefit the Saint Louis Zoo and its conservation efforts around the world.
