No matter who’s your daddy, biologically speaking or otherwise, Father’s Day is the day to thank the man in your life for all he does – the guy that’s there for you through thick and thin; the guy you can call any time of day or night.
Such a man deserves the best you can do. Hopefully, something beyond a kitschy T-shirt, ugly tie or another cell-phone holder. This year give dad something he can sink his teeth into. Give him dinner. Take him out for a great meal. I can’t think of a better way to give dad that extra TLC than to fill a plate with his favorite foods.
It’s a sentiment shared with restaurateurs, who plan to offer an array of decadent indulgences, from steak and grilled meats to seafood and chocolate. While time is running out, there’s still time to make reservations or pick up that special treat. To help you decide I have a few suggestions.
