The Influential Woman: Famous Footwear’s Molly Adams

Molly Adams leads Famous Footwear, the largest brand in Clayton-based Caleres’ portfolio, with reported revenues of more than 1.6 billion in 2017.

Adams joined Caleres in May, coming from The Walt Disney Company, where she was executive vice president of Global Merchandising and Product Development since 2008. There, she led two multi-billion-dollar business areas and a combined global merchandising and product development team. Prior to Disney, Adams had experience with private equity-owned and smaller companies in retail and entertainment.
