Le Méridien St. Louis Clayton Hotel is the latest to announce a lineup of seasonal offerings, including a rooftop pop-up bar and more.

Le Méridien’s The Chalet is touted as a weekend pop-up bar and private event space with cozy luxury in mind. The Chalet, which opens Friday, Nov. 11, and continues through Feb. 26, has three exclusive indoor and outdoor experiences featuring the bar, as well as options for groups such as a private chalet room and a larger gathering space for bigger parties.

The hotel’s rooftop terrace is being transformed into a winter chalet reminiscent of a European ski holiday, with wood pergolas for guests to gather and warm themselves by the fire pits with blankets, twinkle lights and more. There’s also an opportunity to play one of the world’s most famous winter sports, curling, at the hotel’s makeshift curling rink for an extra charge.

The Chalet’s specialty menu includes bites available for purchase such as Baked Brie and Pork Belly Brochette, as well as warm cocktails like Mulled Wine, Bourbon Hot Toddy, Smoked Hot Chocolate and more. All warm cocktails are served to share in a thermos.

In addition to the rooftop Chalet, the hotel’s restaurant, Café la Vie, will offer a seasonal specialty coffee: A Taste of the Season, a cinnamon dolce latte made with premium Illy coffee.

The Chalet Pop Up Bar will be open to the public from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Beginning tomorrow and throughout opening weekend, The Chalet will host a coat drive to benefit The Little Bit Foundation. Guests who visit The Chalet and donate a new coat for children will receive 20% off food and beverage purchases for the evening.
