The 16th location of the St. Louis-based award-winning barbecue chain is expected to open sometime this fall at the Water Tower Place and Shoppes Center in Arnold. In addition to the main dining room, the 5,300-square-foot space will have a banquet room and patio area.

Sugarfire favorites such as barbecue main plates with brisket, baby back ribs, turkey, salmon and pulled pork, as well as a daily rotation of sides, will be on the menu. Look for unique offerings such as Double-Pattied Burger, made with grass-fed beef combined from a proprietary mix of chuck, brisket and short rib; The Big Muddy (brisket, smoked sausage, horseradish sauce, BBQ sauce, lettuce and pickles); and the Philly-inspired Brisket Cheesesteak. Daily specials and Sugarfire’s popular housemade pies will also be available.
